Water Care Club provides personalized pool and hot tub water care products through a subscription-based delivery service. We use information you provide — including your water source, sanitizer preference, and equipment type — to customize product recommendations specifically for your setup.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To subscribe, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@watercareclub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Our subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select during checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period. Pricing may change with advance notice before your next billing cycle.
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
6. Product Use & Safety
Our products are pool and hot tub chemicals. You are responsible for following all product label instructions, safety data sheets, and applicable local regulations when handling, storing, and using our products. Water Care Club is not liable for misuse of any products.
Our personalized recommendations are based on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your setup details. Always test your water chemistry before and after treatment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by Water Care Club or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Water Care Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
